Paul Herbert Goldstein (born August 4 1976) is a retired tennis player from the United States, who turned professional in 1998. Goldstein made the announcement of his departure from pro tennis on February of 2008 in the midst of working for a clean energy company.

Goldstein played tennis in college in the tennis program at Stanford University and graduated in 1998 with an undergraduate degree in human biology. Goldstein was an All-American every year, and his team was crowned champions of the national championship every year. His senior year was when he was awarded the Pac-10 player of the year in 1998 following a 33-2 campaign where he was the captain of the team.

Goldstein won the gold medal in singles at the 1999 Pan American Games defeating Cecil Mamiit.

In February 2000 he defeated world # 17 Patrick Rafter of Australia 4–6, 6–1, 6–2, in Delray Beach, Florida.
