Police in Eugene, Oregon, responded to a complaint of a seriously injured person lying in the middle of E. 24th Avenue, between Kincaid and Harris streets, at 3:54 a.m. on Saturday, according to a press statement from the department. When they arrived, they learned the victim had passed away.
